Return Policy – Mollink Trading Caravans & Outdoor
With the exception of : Purchased Caravan Occasions
At Mollink Trading Caravans & Outdoor, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Period
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Notification of Return
Any return must be notified in writing or by email within the 7-day return period. Returns that have not been announced in advance will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

The customer is responsible for proper packaging during return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a reasonable period normally in between 1-3 business days. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, unless agreed otherwise.
Exclusions
Custom-made products, specially ordered items, and products showing signs of use or damage may be excluded from return.
